After many years working in the marine industry, Sarah Angell Jones chose to transition her primary focus from sailing yachts to power cruising. As a lifelong boater, she found Kadey-Krogen Yachts to be the obvious choice to continue her career in sales. Sarah is passionate about the water whether it be sailing or under power, and she was drawn to the seaworthiness and the “at home” feeling aboard Kadey-Krogen Yachts.
As an avid sailor and racer, Sarah grew up summer sailing in Rhode Island and spent 4 years racing at Hobart & William Smith Colleges competing with the sailing team.
Her collegiate experience led her to work in the marine industry after college, and spurred her to continue her racing career.
Equally passionate about travel as she is boating, Sarah loves that regattas and her work experience has encouraged her to travel far and wide.
She developed her sales background by working with renowned sailboat and powerboat manufacturers.
She looks forward to integrating with the Kadey-Krogen community, and especially watching the product line of Summit Motoryachts grow.
Having lived on the West Coast and in the mid-Atlantic, Sarah has spent most of her adult life on the shores of Narragansett Bay in Newport, Rhode Island. She enjoys cruising the Elizabeth Islands with her husband and son on their 31-foot sailboat.
