Twin diesel

Portsmouth, RI

This is Hull #34 of the very popular 36Z.  She has the upgraded Twin Yanmar 260 HP inboard outboard diesels with joystick control and the newer walk through transom.  A new bow thruster and Sea Keeper Gyro Stabilization unit has been added in the last 60 days.  To the best of our knowledge, this is the only 36Z with the Gyro.  Most all new MJM's now come with the Gyro as standard.  Current owner has only owned this boat for 4 months.  Reason for the quick sale is because the family liked the boat so much that they upgraded to the new 43Z.  Great opportunity to purchase a boat that is as clean as new and ready to go for this summer!  Recent survey available to qualified buyers.

Vessel Walk Through

Simplicity and easy of use come to mind when describing the MJM 36Z.  From getting on and off the boat to putting her away for the night, this boat has been designed to be handled very easily.

In the cockpit you have three full access doors, one on the port side, one to starboard and one through the walk through transom.  Avoid the hassel of doing flips and splits to get on and off the boat.  The cockpit features a nice bimini with seating for 6 comfortably and a table that can be moved from the helm deck to work in the cockpit.  On the transom you will find a hot and cold water shower and shore power plug ins for 2 30 amp shore power cords.

Upon entering the helm deck there are large settee's to port and starboard with a nice table that expands for dining.  Tons of storage can be found below these settee's.  Forward of the settees you come to the helm station to starboard and the co-pilot seat to port.  Both the helm and co-pilot seat are of course top of the line STIDD chairs.

Moving below into the cabin you will find your ac/dc electrical panel directly to starboard upon entering the companionway.  The galley is located to port with a head and shower directly across to starboard.

And finally,  the rest of the cabin forward is set up with a settee and table that will convert into a very large V-Berth.

On deck you access the foredeck by steps to port and starboard that lead to ample sized walkways to the boat.  Hand holds are plentiful in addition to the stantions.
