Full Specifications

Construction

Solid fiberglass below the waterline with reinforced stem and stern bottom areas and vinylester resins used in laminates.  Above the waterline, a combination of Knyex mat and Airex are used for added resiliency as well as improved sound and thermal insulation.

The superstructure includes hand-laid Knytex combined with end-grained balsa and/or Divinycell coring and surface mats (to reduce print through).  Hull and superstructure molds from high-grade female tooling.  Hull and superstructure construction includes use of USA-made Cook gel coat.

Teak aft and side decks.  Boat and fore decks have GripTex non-skid finish.  Bulwark has molded plank lines with US made Cook gel coat finish.

Polyurethane formulated marine sealants used at hull-to-deck, boat joints and exterior fittings.

Marine-grade plywood bulkheads with molded fiberglass hat section stringers.

Teak veneer walls and cabinetry with satin varnish.

Saloon

The saloon is accessed from the large covered aft deck through two teak doors. To the port side is a fixed settee with drawer storage.  Forward of the settee on the port side is a buffet/storage area, with an opening port. To starboard is the dinette area with a large L-shaped settee and a movable hi-low table with custom base that can be a coffee table or when opened a table for dining up to eight people. Two side opening windows and one aft opening window complete with teak valances make the room airy and bright.  Entertainment is provided by a 31" Samsung Smart TV (new 2019) on the aft facing bulkhead of the galley and a Direct TV receiver.

Galley

The galley is forward of the saloon.  The large U-shape keeps everything convenient for cooking.  The Corian counters make clean up a breeze.  There is abundant storage in multiple lockers and drawers.  The major components are:

  • GE 14.6 cu.ft. refrig/freezer
  • Force 10 3 burner/oven stove
  • GE Sensor microwave/convection oven
  • Large stainless sink with FM Matteson faucet

Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is located down 4 steps from the galley and forward in the bow of the boat.  The master features an island household sized Queen bed with cavernous storage beneath that is accessed with the aid of a lift.   A mirrored vanity and multiple drawers as well as 2 large hanging lockers, port and starboard side and a this locker with shelving, makes for an unbelievable amount of storage.    Ventilation is provided by two large opening hatches overhead and four opening ports.  All opening ports, hatches and windows are screened.

Ensuite Head

The ensuite head is complete with a large walk-in shower with bifold doors, SeaLand Vacuflush toilet, sink with Corian counter, large mirrored medicine cabinet and drawer and locker storage.

Office/Guest Stateroom

The office is down 4 steps form the galley and to starboard.  It features a desk, hanging locker, multiple drawers and large settee.  The settee pulls out to a queen bed to accommodate overnight guests.  There is also a fold down Pullman (single) berth on the forward bulkhead for a third guest.  Two portholes provide light and ventilation.

Guest Head

The guest head is opposite the guest stateroom on the port side. It features a separate stall shower, sink with Corian counter and a SeaLand Vacuflush toilet. There is storage in a mirrored medicine cabinet and lockers.  The GE Spacemaker washer/dryer is housed in this head area but hidden behind teak cabinetry behind the head door.

Pilot House

The pilot house is up four steps from the saloon.  The 48 pilothouse is designed with plenty of space to create a very enjoyable social area. The large settee with custom upholstery is the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by when under way but can also be made into a full size berth for additional company.   The helm is well laid out with two large chart tables.  It features a new LeBroc helm chair. There is ample storage in drawers and lockers.  There is almost 360º visibility through windows, doors and opening portholes.  A fold up ladder on the port side outside the pilothouse just aft of the pilothouse door provides quick access to the flybridge.
