Full Specifications

Construction

Solid fiberglass below the waterline with Kevlar reinforced stem and stern bottom areas and vinylester resins used in laminates.  Above the waterline, a combination of Knyex mat and Airex are used for added resiliency as well as improved sound and thermal insulation.

The superstructure includes hand-laid Knytex combined with end-grained balsa and/or Divinycell coring and surface mats (to reduce print through).  Hull and superstructure molds from high-grade female tooling.  Hull and superstructure construction includes use of USA-made Cook gel coat.

Teak aft and side decks.  Boat and fore decks have GripTex non-skid finish.  Bulwark has molded plank lines with USA- made Cook gel coat finish.

Polyurethane formulated marine sealants used at hull-to-deck, boat joints and exterior fittings.

Marine-grade plywood bulkheads with molded fiberglass hat section stringers.

Teak veneer walls and cabinetry with satin varnish.

Saloon

The saloon is entered through double aluminum weather tight doors from the aft deck.   To starboard is an L-shaped dinette and a teak hi-lo table.  To port are two comfortable power recliners and a side table.  Accent lighting to port and starboard brightens up the saloon when the sun goes down.  There are teak valances on the large port and starboard saloon windows and on the aft bulkhead window.  All the windows open and are equipped with screens to allow plenty of ventilation.

Galley

The large open galley is located on the starboard side, forward of the saloon. A large 18' x 24' window provides generous light and ventilation.  The major components are:

Teak veneered GE refrigerator/freezer

Force-10 3 burner propane stove with oven

GE Profile Microwave/convection oven

GE Dishwasher

GE garbage disposal

GE Monogram trash compactor

Raritan ice maker

Large single stainless steel sink

Sea Gull water filtration system at galley sink and to ice maker

Sahara colored Corian counter tops

Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is located forward. It features a centerline queen berth, 2 hanging lockers, mirrored vanity and generous drawer and locker storage.  Four opening ports provide light and combined with two overhead hatches there is ample ventilation while anchored.

Ensuite Head

The master stateroom head is located to the port side of the stateroom.  It has a Sealand Vacuflush head, large stall shower with bi-fold aluminum and glass door and Corian countertop.   There are two opening ports for light and ventilation.

Guest Stateroom/Office

The guest stateroom/ Office is located aft of the master stateroom on the starboard side.  When not used to accomodate guests with the convertible double berth settee this stateroom serves as an office/den with built-in desk and teak bookshelves with built in lighting.   The double hanging locker provides ample storage along with numerous drawers. There are three opening ports to provide light and ventilation.

Guest Head

The guest head is opposite the guest stateroom and has a Sealand Vacuflush head, stall shower with bi-fold aluminum and glass shower door, and Corian counter top.  There are two opening ports that give it an airy feel.  The guest head also houses the stack GE washer and separate 220 volt dryer behind teak doors.

Pilothouse

The pilothouse is located up and forward from the saloon/galley area. It offers excellent visibility for the Captain and comfortable accomodations for the guests.  There is a large L-shaped convertible settee and a hi-low pedestal mounted table.  There are two overhead screened hatches and powder coated aluminum weather tight Dutch doors to port and starboard.  A large book case aft serves as the on ship library.
